How Long Will My New Website/Design Take To Complete?
Here we outline how quickly we would normally expect to complete a piece of work. While we usually complete outstanding work well within these times, we offer no guarantee that we will be able to do so.
If you have a piece of work that needs completed by a specific date or time, please let us know and we will endeavour to complete it by the requested deadline.
Urgent Support Issues
Should there be a technical problem with your site, email account or domain, we will always treat it as our top priority. We will always attempt to resolve the problem as quickly as possible and get your services back up and running as they should be.
Minor Amends (Less Than 1 Hour Of Design Work)
Should you request an update to your website that will take us less than 1 hour to complete, we will normally complete the update within 2 working days.
Small Amends (1-3 Hours Of Design Work)
Should you request an update to your website that will take us between 1 and 3 hours to complete, we will normally complete the update within 5 working days.
Medium Sized Amends (Up To 1 Day Of Design Work)
Should you request an update to your website that will take us up to a full working day to complete hours to complete, we will normally complete the update within 10 working days.
Larger And More Technically Complicated Jobs
If you have a bigger piece of work that needs completing, how long it can take will depend on the size of the job, the complexity of the work, and possibly a number of other factors. Normally however we would expect to complete most jobs within 20 to 30 working days. For larger piece of work, please ask us how long it will take for an accurate estimate.
New Websites, Or A Redesign Of An Existing Website
Currently a new website or a website redesign within our Business Website and Online Store packages is normally expected to be completed within 10 working days.
Urgent Work
Should you need the work completed urgently by a deadline that allows less time than we would normally require for that particular amend, we normally charge an extra % additional fee for the work.

Emergency And Out Of Hours Design Work
Should you need us to immediately start work on your project or design updates and complete the work as quickly as possible, we normally charge an extra 50% additional fee for the work. Should you require us to work over a weekend, or outwith normal working hours to complete your project within the required deadline, we normally charge a 100% additional fee.
Urgent, emergency and out of hours work will only be accepted at our discretion. We will inform you before agreeing to start this type of work what our rate for the work will need to be to complete the work within the required deadline.

Please note that all expected completion times are measured from the time at which we receive all the material required to complete the work.
This material may include text, imagery, video, or any other information needed to complete the job, such as questionnaire responses, answers to queries, access to hosting, etc. If we haven’t received all the information we have requested, we will not start working on the project.
